Better every year.

by Derek S

We stay at this hotel every year on our way out hunting and each year things get better. They have been constantly improving things each year. The owner has always taken care us, even allowing us to park trailers later than check out so we can run around town to pick up supplies. We plan keep coming back every year!

Tiny Room .. Noisy .. Poor Parking

by GulfTX

I wish I had spent a few bucks more .. for a quality motel in Durango!

We spent two nights at this location as we had tickets to ride the narrow gauge train up to Silverton. It is the worse experience I've had at a motel in years!!

The room was so small I could not sit at the desk while on my laptop without getting up and moving for my wife to get to the bathroom. The room was tiny. The a/c was mounted over the bed and very noisy. It would kick on and off throughout the night. About 20 school bus kids were just outside the window in the room yelling and screaming early both mornings, as we were there mid-week, and the new school year had just started. The continental breakfast was not worth the effort the second morning. The TV was only through Roku, while the wifi at least was sufficient.

I would not stay here again the next time we come back to Durango!
