Ladera Resort sits high in the Pitons of St. Lucia. Breathtaking landscapes lay right outside your room. Suites have no fourth wall, making it easy to partake in the view. Because of this feature, Ladera is best suited for families with older children or families who will keep a protective eye on their children. The onsite restaurant, Dasheene, serves upscale Caribbean cuisine that will make everyone’s mouth water. Ladera offers complimentary breakfast each morning, and a shuttle to Jalousie and Anse Chastanet Beach. Children will enjoy the pool, and suites come with a private pool, as well. Ladera provides fun activities and tours, including sailing and snorkeling. Families will want to experience the beautiful reef on the Glass Bottom Boat Tour.

The view is one of the most incredible I have ever seen. Lounging in a private plunge pool in your hotel room overlooking that view is pretty much as good as it gets. The wooden furnishings are all made in a shop on site, which was a really nice touch. The bathroom and shower were huge in the room we stayed in. Staff was incredible. Just keep in mind going into the experience that this is not like a modern luxury hotel- the rooms are rustic, and you are basically sleeping outdoors given that there is no fourth wall. It was hot when we were there and I didn't sleep well at all because of the heat, but I'd still do it again!

The view from your room is unparalleled. The service was spectacular. Dining at the resort was also fantastic. A very unique and relaxing vacation. Quite possible to never leave you room. Look forward to returning.
