Located in the heart of uptown Charlotte, this hotel welcomes pets as well so there is no need to leave your four legged family members at home. Pets under 40 pounds are welcomed with a bed and treats. No matter the weather, families can enjoy a swim in the indoor or the seasonal outdoor pool. The kids will play and splash while the adults can lounge and relax on one of the surrounding pool deck chairs. The outdoor pool also features poolside cabanas for even more rest and relaxation opportunities. No lifeguards are on duty. The 300 guestrooms and suites feature one king or two double beds, a flat screen television and complimentary Wi-Fi access is available for hotel members. There are several onsite dining options at this hotel that even include a rooftop lounge.

What a welcome!

When it comes to friendly, top-notch customer service this hotel is a winner. Staff went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our stay.

Upon arrival we were surprised with a small gift bag containing a spa mask, essential oil spray, and cards for complimentary breakfast and money off our drinks at the bar. We also received complimentary valet parking. This hotel connects with the Sheraton, and together they host a Sparkle Hour in the shared lobby with champagne and macarons in the late afternoon/early evening.

The lobby decor is modern and interesting. Our room was clean and cozy with comfortable linen and beds. My husband ate breakfast in the restaurant and enjoyed every bite.

Oh! And you can’t beat the sunset view of the city from the rooftop bar.

We usually stay closer to downtown, but this was a great experience and we will definitely be back.

Very unprofessional. Although I made my reservation a month in advance and paid the full amount, they moved my reservation to the Sheraton ( three star hotel) without notifying me. Then, they told me if I'm not happy, I should call priceline to find me a solution to this or leave the hotel. Priceline refused refunding my money although I explained to them that I did not ask to be moved to another hotel. It seams that the motive for the hotel to move my reservation was to make more money since they guaranteed that I paid. They don't value a customer trust basically. The location of the hotel is not ideal. You would need to use uber to reach the active area in downtown. The hotel was very noisy and the sound from the club in the 18th floor can be heard inside all rooms. To sum up, run from this hotel. There are plenty better alternatives like Westin or Omni hotel, both have x100s better service and location.
