Anniversary trip

Great hotel, updated our room suite, all the staff provided outstanding service. Good breakfast with a variety of options, nice turn down service in evening. Location is extremely convenient, easy walk to many areas.

a week in Vancouver

by John S

We were fortunate enough to spend a week in Vancouver and were treated to both the exceptional service of the L'Hermitage Hotel staff, but also the most unusual confluence of a week in November with sunny days and no rain. Who could ask for more?
Pretty sure we met every member of the staff and to a one, we were treated as you would be if at a Ritz (we've had that experience as well, so it's not a comparison of jest).
We will return.
