Great location and decent rooms

It is an old property, nothing modern or fancy at all. Good rooms for a temporary stay if you wish to explore the downtown area.

They have a decent parking space but charge about 20 bucks a day exclusive of taxes. The breakfast spread wasn't all that great, could have done better.

We stayed for four nights early November 2019. The hotel is well located for the central shopping and restaurant district and, for us, within walking distance of the Waterfront one way and Granville Island the other. We’d stay again.
Good things:
Good value for what you get.
Our suite was spacious and well equipped; two double beds, sitting room and small, well equipped kitchenette.
On-site laundry facility.
Restaurant next door.
Bad things:
Not much, but the sound insulation (from outside) could have been better.
