Overview

This three-season White Mountain lodge is well set up for family vacationers. Suites accommodate families a queen-sized bed along with a sleep sofa or double bed and kitchenette with range, microwave, and kitchen table and chairs. Larger suites include a loft area with double beds and/or bunk beds that are able to accommodate six people total. The rooms are clean and cozy with IKEA-style furniture and flower-patterned quilts on the bed.

Located right near Loon Mountain, the lodge has a plethora of activities to offer, including a stairway down to the Pemigewasett River where guests can go kayaking or swimming. The resort also has tennis courts, game room, outdoor barbecue area, and both an outdoor pool and a heated indoor pool with hot tub and sauna. In addition, the resort has a huge great room with cathedral ceilings and a fieldstone fireplace, perfect for unwinding and relaxing after a day of hiking or skiing.

Very good stay for fall activities

Stayed here one night before driving the white mountains and to mt Washington on a foliage drive. The service is excellent, check in was quick. We had a loft type room with a bedroom on a loft/2nd floor and a living room and kitchen on the first, I would imagine this is a perfect set up for a group of 4-6 on a ski weekend to loon, it’s 5 minutes from the mountain. Overall the room was clean and comfortable, and great location, solid.

Solid place for families

We stayed here for a leaf peeping weekend - 2 adults and 2 kids (ages 6 & 8). Clean and comfortable, with friendly & helpful staff. My kids loved it - especially the bunk beds in the loft. Ask for a mountain view - much prettier than the one we had of the parking lot. My kids loved the pool and game room - I loved the great room with big fireplace.
