Overview

Located at the base of Vail Mountain and the Vista Bahn ski lift, this ski-in, ski-out luxury resort includes hotel suites and two- and three-bedroom condos, as well as a four-bedroom chalet (that will cost more than $6,000 per night). A heated pool, hot tub, full-service spa, and on-site restaurants could mean you never walk more than a few yards on a daily basis before or after a day on the slopes.

Should have stayed at a Super Eight

by Lucybriggs74

At least I would have been able to sleep. Currently sweating my ass off in my room because of no air conditioning. I have Windows open but the room is on the parking lot and this all I hear is car doors slamming and people talking. I am looking forward to trying to find a place for breakfast tomorrow since they do not supply it here when at $200 per night. They do have a breakfast restaurant but I'm not paying $17 for a Continental breakfast. The room is old and outdated. Here for a soccer tournament. Had a wonderful experience last year at the Austria Haus about two blocks away. The staff at the Austria house was so accommodating and friendly to our team And needs. Here they are pretentious and don't give a rat"s ass about anything except charging for everything under the sun. Yes I'm passed.

Kids Adventure Games

by CJG45

Have been coming to Vail for 30 years, but have never stayed here. We received a promotion as Epic Pass holders this spring and booked for 4 days, during the Kids Adventure games, in a 3 bed room unit. This is an older property, it was built a long time ago, it has been added too and updated over time, it is a little quirky and not a brand new super modern hotel. Not a complaint, we had a great stay and the property was a great value. The staff was very helpful, everyone at the front desk was great and Greg Smith at the Bell Desk was awesome. Hotel did a great job letting us stay rather late in a hotel room as we waiting for our condo to get ready the next day, and moved our luggage over. Bell desk and outside staff were great dealing with our cars and bikes. Hotel has a hose to wash bikes and a laundry in the basement. Great pool and a location that cannot be beat. Our unit was fine, a little older decor, but nice, 3 bed rooms on 2 floors, functional kitchen and a deck that looked at Gondola One. Wi fi worked well as my wife had to work one day. At time this property was built nothing had AC, and many of the properties like this in the valley still do not. But this property has found a way to get units installed and the rooms get very comfortable. Carpet needed a deep clean or replacement on the main area of the unit, but it did not bother me.
