They’re rare as a unicorn, but hotels and resorts that offer everything from a few hours to entire days of babysitting services as part of their room rates do exist. And when you find one, you may not want to vacation any other way again. We’ve scoured the planet to find these seven properties where babysitting services go beyond a free kids’ club.

1. Grand Fiesta Americana Coral Beach Cancun – Cancun, Mexico

Two hours of free babysitting service is available for guests who book the Grand Club Level at the Grand Fiesta Americana Coral Beach Cancun, a Family Vacation Critic Favorite Hotel. That’s two precious hours you won’t drop an extra peso to do whatever you please, sans kiddos. Relax by the pool with a cocktail or treat yourself to the Gem Spa, widely known for its 10-step hydrotherapy ritual. At the hotel’s romantic Mexican restaurant, La Joya, nannies will play with and feed your kids while you enjoy some peaceful dining and tequila tasting.

Frankly D. Resort & Spa

2. Franklyn D. Resort & Spa – Runaway Bay, Jamaica

With dedicated vacation nannies assigned to each family that arrives, this long-running family favorite resort in Runaway Bay is a veritable kiddie paradise. Snorkeling, beach picnics, fishing and cooking classes are a few of the regularly scheduled activities for kids to enjoy. All of Franklyn D. Resort & Spa‘s nannies are trained in CPR and will be with your kids from 8:30 a.m. until 4:40 p.m. or as long as you prefer during those hours. Additional nannies can be requested for $50 per day for those who want a few extra hands on deck.

3. Jean-Michel Cousteau Resort – Savusavu, Fiji

A trip to the stunningly beautiful islands of Fiji is the stuff of bucket lists. And the all-inclusive Jean-Michel Cousteau Resort, set on a former coconut plantation on Fiji’s second largest island, Vanua Levu, is a jaw-dropping paradise of rustic-chic bungalows and sparkling blue seas. But what parents might remember most are the included supervised kids’ club and private nannies, with one babysitter per child included for kids under age 5 for the entire duration of your stay. Kids ages 6 to 12 are supervised, too, in groups of up to five children with one adult. That leaves parents lots of time to head out scuba diving on the surrounding reefs, putz around on a paddleboard, or simply breathe in the serenity by the resort’s oceanfront pool.

Bluefields Bay Villas

4. Bluefields Bay Villas – Bluefields, Jamaica

This collection of six villas near Savanna La Mar on Jamaica’s south coast all come with private pools and a full-time staff that includes a butler, private chef and—wait for it—nanny. And if you think she’s a mere babysitter, think again. The nannies at Bluefields Bay Villas will do everything from read and play games with your kids to give them baths and prepare child-friendly meals, so you and your partner can spend some time relaxing and reconnecting. Now that’s a vacation.

Six Senses Fiji

5. Six Senses Fiji – Malolo Island, Fiji

The wonderful Kokosi Kids Club is complimentary for all guests at this resort on Malolo Island, a short boat ride from Nadi and Port Denarau on Fiji’s main island. And while the Six Senses Fiji‘s oceanfront bure-style accommodations are incredible, with private pools and outdoor showers, you may want to splurge even more by staying in one of the handful of sprawling private residences here, since they come with a complimentary personal nanny for your kids.

Soneva Fushi Maldives

6. Soneva Fushi Maldives – Baa Atoll, Maldives

The Maldives are another one of those bucket list vacation destinations where you’ll really appreciate a few hours on your own to truly bask in the peace and beauty of the place. And when you book a spa treatment or other resort activity at the Soneva Fushi, the property makes it really easy to relax by throwing in three hours of complimentary babysitting services. Another unique offer? Private tutoring services. There’s an extra charge, but this might be just what your family needs to justify missing a few days of school for a vacation in paradise.

7. Turtle Island Fiji – Turtle Island, Fiji

This spectacular resort in the beautiful Yasawa Islands of Fiji is usually reserved for couples only. But during a few select weeks a year (usually in June and December), the property offers Family Weeks, during which every child age 5 and under is provided with a dedicated nanny during their stay. Kids 6 and older get a Bula Buddy, which is just another way of saying there’s an adult dedicated to caring for them during their stay. The 500-acre private island is Fiji at its best, with sparkling seas to swim and snorkel in and 14 beautiful villas spread around the gorgeous Blue Lagoon.
