Situated on a quiet street on Ica, with access to the world famous sand dunes, the Matryoshka hotel is ideal for guests who want to experience all that the region has to offer. Spacious Quadruple rooms accommodate four adults and two children, with cribs available for the tiniest of travelers. Every room at the simple, yet comfortable hotel comes complete with a private bathroom, flat screen television, cable channels, children’s network and air-conditioning. While there is no restaurant at the Matryoshka, there are several fine dining establishments within walking distance to the accommodation. Families can learn to sandboard, or take a dune buggie tour of the unique desert landscape.

3 night stay in Ica

Room was being cleaned every day with sheets and towels changed, soap and shampoo every day too. We got our laundry done for S/10. Our bedroom probably wasn't the nicest one as we were at the back on ground floor but we had our private bathroom and it was extremely clean. The potential issue is the location. If you are in Ica to see the city centre, you're in the wrong place as it is off the Panamericana highway and 20min walk from it. If you come to base yourself for Huacachina, Nazca, the wineries, the excellent Regional Museum and a decent mall right next to you, then this is your best spot.

Comfort and good location

Everything was great, clean, good breakfast and very fast internet! The shower was hot. It wasn't far to huacachina by taxi (10 soles) I liked that the son of the hotel owner spoke english,he was helpful. The room was clean and cleaned every day. Location was ok .Fortunately they have a mall a few roads away so you could eat out.
