No bath mats, reason for fall.

by Lbednorz

Staff ignored my statement when I informed her of a fall. We had to ask to speak to the Manager to report this. We suggested that they get bath mats to prevent other guests from falling in the bathtub. The breakfast was better than what other hotels offer. The room was clean and the housekeeping staff were friendly when we asked for small bags, which I needed to make ice packs.

Nasty!

by Bolshv

The facilities were so old! The bathroom had mold all over and the bedding seemed like it was never changed because there were traces of food stains on the comforter. Also, the room next to me was blasting music for hours at 1am in the morning. The place smelled terribly and the air conditioner did not ventilate the room well. In all, I will never stay at a Ramada again. Its better to spend an extra $20-$30 at a holiday inn or la quinta. The hotel seems located in the middle of nowhere. They do offer shuttle services but the shuttles are not at all timely and you sometimes have to wait over an hour to be picked up or dropped off.
