Bugs in Room

by Ckjaramillo

I stayed and there were bugs in the bathtub one small one in the morning when I got up and then another small one when I got back to the room...then in tbe evening there was a bigger one that ran up the wall and went behind the room to move me to...cannot issue a refund not even to my company because it was already paid for..all he could do was if I was an IHG member put points to my account...desk clerk stated he was the manager but could not give me his name...I will never stay here again and would not recommend anyone to stay here either

The good...Nice Bed, set up for long term stay. The BAD...Stayed two nights and cost $378 for a queen bed (they do not have King beds). After check-in we found that unless you stay 7 days there is no maid making a bed, no clean sheets, no clean towels, not resupply of TP, they never open the door. If you want anything you have to go to the desk to exchange towels or something. No breakfast. No pool. Not a really safe location. Desk receptionist could care less. They don't tell you this in advance either. I would never stay there again. And this is the second IHG hotel that has been bad.
