Okay for the money, location is close to the beckley area. I did ask for my bed to be made but only received fresh towels and my trash took out. But the staff is very friendly the rooms are very clean the hotel itself is clean also... but the outside the trash cans were over flowing but other than those few minor things it was awesome

On Nov 1, 2019 I stayed at the Microtel Inn at Beckley, WV. Check in was fast and effient. The room was on the first floor right by the lobby and noise was not a problem. The room is very small. The bed was comfortable and I had a good sleep. Breakfast was tipical nothing special. I would stay at this hotel again because it was clean and comfortable. Great service by the front desk.
