Very nice hotel and room - noisy HVAC, cold hotel and pool.

Had a very good stay at the mosaic. Staff was friendly and accomodating, rooms were nice. Stayed in a 1 bedroom plus Den suite with full kitchen. Kitchen was stocked with everything needed. Room was very clean and comfortable.
A few minor complaints- the hotel was freezing in the corridors etc., no heat had been turned on yet. Heat/AC was adjustable in our actual room however the HVAC (fan) was very noisy and turned on and off every 10-15 min to regulate the temperature? Made sleeping a bit difficult as it kicked on every 15min or so. The pool is advertised as a heated year round pool.....this is NOT the case. The pool temperature was VERY cold! This was disappointing as this was the main reason we stayed in this resort over the others, so that the kids could swim despite it being September. This didn't happen as the pool was WAY too cold! We were also disappointed that there were no comforters/duvets provided for the second bed. Only an old felt blanket. We asked the desk for a second comforter/duvet for the kids bed, however they said they did not have them. This was a bit diappointing for a hotel that costs $300/night!

Good location, nice and friendly staff. good size rooms. the hotel needs a renovation and upgrade amenities. rooms are not super clean. overall expected a higher quality comparing the value of money. would preface to stay in another hotel in my next visit.
