Reviews

Avoid rooms on the 4th floor

by Benny207

I wish we had seen Anne O's review before we went. We also had a tiny room on the 4th floor with slanting walls and one small window. It seems they tried to cram these rooms into unwanted space. Ours had a long hallway between the bathroom and bedroom, but it was too narrow for our bags. We stayed for 6 nights in this very uncomfortable room. The minute we saw it, we asked for another room and were willing to pay the additional 30 Euros per night for an upgrade, but they said they didn't have anything else. Definitely can't recommend this place.

Lovely Gentile hotel

by Docscam

This is a small centrally situated hotel. The rooms are small but contain everything you need, and are very quirkily decorated. The shower room was a good size, and had nice products by Ritual. A bath robe and slippers were supplied, as were a bottle of water and some edible gifts.
The staff were exceptionally polite and helpful.
The breakfast room was small , but with a good cold buffet and a ltd hot one.Gluten free rolls are available on request, it takes a few minutes so ask early.
This is an ideal hotel for those who are looking for a base from which to enjoy Lisbon.
