Terrific room overlooking Vanderbilt football stadium. Above average fitness room with weight machines and cardio. Oversized M Lounge on first floor. Really nice bar with plenty of TVs. Short Uber ride to Broadway. Near strip mall with nice assortment of restaurants.

Was WOWED!

Coming from someone who travels for work regularly, and is a loyal Marriott guest, I absolutely blown away by a sweet gentleman that is part of the maintenance team. His name is Dre and he is my hero! My very special opal necklace fell into the sink and slid down the drain at midnight. In sheer panic I called the front desk expecting them to say they couldn’t send someone to help until the next morning. To my surprise Dre showed up and I’m not gonna lie... I was in tears thinking I would never see my necklace again. The newly renovated rooms have wood paneling that hides the drain line of the sinks but he didn’t care. He didn’t what he had to do to fish my necklace out of the drain. I am forever grateful that Dre went above and beyond to help me and was so kind. You are a true Gem yourself Dre!!

During the same visit, Marshell (valet attendant) was extremely kind and friendly while taking care of guests Hustling to get in/out. It was raining and he still ran to get everyone’s vehicle, which was impressive.

Thank you for a wonderful experience during this trip!
