Marriott at Brooklyn Bridge

The Marriott at Brooklyn Bridge offers something different in its Brooklyn location, its size and its amenities. There are 665 spacious rooms and suites, many with views of downtown Brooklyn or the Manhattan skyline. Suites, available in six different configurations, sleep up to six. You can spend your free time walking across the Brooklyn Bridge, or swimming in the indoor pool -- a rarity for city hotels. Getting into Manhattan is as easy as walking to the subway station across the street.

Residence Inn New York Manhattan/Midtown East

There are several locations of this Marriott brand in New York City, including Times Square and Central Park. They all share similar attributes—including stocked kitchenettes—at a “value” price point. But the Residence Inn New York Manhattan/Midtown East near Grand Central Station and the Chrysler Building gets the highest ranking, earning raves for the staff and service, free breakfast, and the availability of outdoor terraces in some rooms. Your best bet is a one-bedroom suite, with two queen beds and a sofa bed.

The homey feeling extends into the traditionally designed guestrooms that contain kitchenettes stocked with dishes and flatware.
