Atlantis Resort on Paradise Island in the Bahamas teamed with the editors of Parents magazine to create a new, healthy menu for kids.

The new menu is made to empower kids to make healthy choices with smaller portions from adult options featured at the resort’s Bimini Road Bahamian restaurant. The menu includes 10 finger foods, such as edamame, cheese and strawberries in the Tackle Box; pasta with homemade cheese or tomato sauce with peas; baked Bahamian fish; and a burger.

“Picky kids and adventurous eaters will find something they like with this menu, which was developed by parents with fellow parents and kids in mind,” says Dana Points, content director of the Meredith Parents Network. “Moms and dads can feel confident their kids are getting a nutritious meal, no matter what they select.”

Families can save on dining at Atlantis Resort using two- and three-course meals plans, where kids 6 and younger eat free with adult. The plans are currently being offered at 25 percent off for a limited time.
