Hines, the international real estate firm that represents Conrad Hotels & Resorts and Hilton Worldwide, has announced plans for the construction of the Conrad, Washington D.C. The hotel is set to open in early 2019.
The hotel will feature 360 rooms and 30,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space at CityCenterDC.
Chef Bryan Voltaggio of Frederick, Maryland will be the signature chef at the onsite restaurant. He is the executive chef and owner of a plethora of restaurants in D.C., Maryland, and Virginia, including VOLT, RANGE, and Lunchbox. He was also a finalist on season 6 of Top Chef and season 5 of Top Chef Masters.
