Moving beyond a traditional kids’ club resort program, Hawks Cay Resort in the Florida Keys has debuted a new Environmental Education Program for its summer vacation season.

The Environmental Education Program is included in Hawks Cay Resort’s Camp Hawk from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Developed for multiple grade levels, kids are divided into kindergarten and first grade, second and third grade, and fourth through sixth grade programs. The program’s topics and activities were created by a certified Florida teacher and is based on educational theory and Common Core standards. The morning session includes lunch and is available for $60 per child.

Camp Hawk also continued into the afternoon with an adventure program featuring themed games, crafts and more. The full-day experience is $90.
