Four Seasons is entering the Orlando market for the first time, bringing its luxury brand to Walt Disney World Resorts.

The new resort will be located on Disney property, but not within view of the theme parks. Instead, the resort will be located in a quiet and exclusive residential neighborhood, although guests will be able to see Epcot (and it’s fireworks) from park-view rooms. Four Seasons Orlando will feature 444 rooms, including suites and many connecting rooms to provide “suite” options for families. A five-acre Explorer Island water park featuring a splash area, 242-foot water slide, 11,000-square-foot lazy river and beach-entry pool appeals to families. Kids will also love the free teen and children’s centers with supervised programming and activities. Families will also receive kids’ welcome amenities, child-sized bathrobes, kids’ toiletries, childproofing (at request), children’s pool toys, DVD players and rentals, high chairs and infant gear, and onsite babysitting (at a fee).

For adults, a spa, tennis courts and golf course will also be on property, as well as an adults-only pool for relaxing while the kids are enjoying kids’ activities. Five restaurants will be located throughout the resort.

As a Disney property, guests of the Four Seasons will enjoy Disney Resorts’ privileges, such as early entry, character breakfasts and reserved fireworks views.

The resort is accepting reservations for its August 3, 2014, opening and beyond. Current specials include a 2014 introductory offer of a third night free with every two paid consecutive nights, as well as 20 percent off 2015 rates.
