Interactive Theater for Kids Arrives in New York

An interactive theater group is bringing its unique blend of improve theater and scavenger hunt for children in New York to enjoy in some of Manhattan’s most iconic locations.

Accomplice has released “The Quest for Seven Teeth” experiences for children to enjoy throughout Central Park. The two-hour shows, designed for ages 6 to 11, takes 10 children and up to five adults on a hunt through the park with storytelling, crafts, games, puzzles and more.

Accomplice debuted in New York in 2004 and offers five interactive experiences. “Accomplice The Village” is a two-hour event through the East Village; “Accomplice New York” is the original three-hour event in lower Manhattan; “Quest for the Missing Slipper,” based on Cinderella, is a ladies’-only event in the Meatpacking District; “Save the Big Apple,” a full-day experience across the city; and now, “Quest for the Seven Teeth” specifically for children.

While the shows are targeted at ages 6 to 11, groups can request adjustments for various age levels. The event is $1,000 for the entire group. More about the programs and ticketing can be found on Accomplice’s website.
