Killington Resort in Vermont is proving it can be a year-round destination as it continues to build upon its summer adventure offerings. Following the addition of its Beast Mountain Coaster, Skyeride and more last summer, expect to find more new treats in 2016.

Killington has invested more than $4 million in its summer activities, including $850,000 on new additions opening Memorial Day Weekend. Visitors will find dual zip lines, six new Gravity Logic-designed mountain bike trails, summer tubing lanes, a 40-foot tower jump, kids camps, new mountain bikes to rent, and upgrades to its food and beverage facility.

The adventures kick off Memorial Day Weekend with the opening of the Killington Golf Course, Beast Mountain Coaster, Skyeride and Bike Park’s Snowshed-area trails. Upper mountain terrain and the K-1 Express Gondola will open in mid-June.
