Many travelers to the Bahamas find themselves on Grand Bahama Island or Nassau but as more and more families seek new adventures in uncrowded areas, the Bahamas’ Eleuthera Island is growing in tourist popularity. Arriving on the island this December is a new resort by Marriott: French Leave Resort.

The new Autograph Collection resort will be made up of luxurious villas with kitchenettes and kitchens, living area with sofa beds, and complimentary Wi-Fi. The smallest rooms start at 720 square feet and sleep four in a one-bedroom configuration, while two-bedroom offerings start at more than 1,500 square feet and can accommodate five with two king bedrooms and a living room sofa bed. These larger suites will feature fully equipped kitchens with refrigerators, ovens and stovetops, dishwashers, microwaves, and more.

An outdoor pool overlooking the Caribbean Sea and onsite dining will also be available for guests to enjoy. Reservations for the new Bahamas resort are now being accepted.
