Utah’s Bear Lake will become the home of Conestoga Ranch, a luxurious ranch providing “glamping”-style accommodations and services.

The 18-acre ranch will open July 1, 2015, to accommodate 160 guests. Visitors can choose from eight glamping tents with en suite bathrooms or 16 conestoga (covered) wagons, all with a center fire pit and Adirondack chairs. Glamping tents offer a king bed and separate bedroom with six bunks, as well as a small refrigerator, covered dining space and porch.

Resort amenities will include a main lodge with Campfire Grill restaurant and bar; a Bathroom House for bathrooms, showers and laundry; a game tent and an activities field. Situated on Bear Lake, the ranch will also provide water recreation equipment. Live entertainment and rodeos will be part of the weekly guest experience.

The resort’s Game Tent will cater to kids with a Ping Pong table, arcade and video games and an adjoining activities field. The Conestoga Ranch Shake Shack will serve up sweet treats throughout the summer.

Glamping Tents begin at $200 for up to four guests, accommodating up to 10 guests with an additional $20 per person. Family Wagons sleep up to eight in bunk bed configurations, beginning at $150 per night for up to four and adding an additional $10 per person up to eight. Conestoga Ranch will also provide space for guests who want to bring their own tents and utilize the ranch’s amenities. Campsites are available starting at $49 per night for two.
