Wonderful Stay

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at the NH in Quito. Everything was clean and updated and it is in a very nice part of town. What made this stay stand out was the incredible staff. They were extremely friendly and helpful. One person in particular went above and beyond. Luis Velasco in the bar/restaurant area was excellent. If you find yourself looking for a bite to eat in the area or staying at the hotel, Luis will make your experience worthwhile!

Comfortable Hotel with excellent service

We spent a total of 6 nights at this hotel. From our check-in to check-out the courtesy and personal attention of the staff was amazing. When I mentioned that I liked the coffee at breakfast, a packet of the beans was delivered to my room as a gift. The breakfast buffet offered many choices, including omelets or eggs cooked to order and delivered to our table.
