My friends and I had a lovely stay at the North Shore Lodge it's right by Lake Granby and they had water toys so I could go paddle boarding right off the back yard. Exquisite view of the mountain and the lake. At first I thought it was going to be by the highway but it's not which was greater yet, so quiet. For me it's always an extra bonus when places allow pets, and I feel my whole family is with me.
We had two separate bedrooms and a lovely livingroom/kitchen area. It was quiet and clean. The shore of Grand Lake was right outside our doors. The manager was very congenial and helpful with all of our needs. I would recommend this as a great get away for all travelers. It's close to the little town and the scenery was spectacular. Nice and cozy stay.
