Exceptional Service and Location

We booked online without knowing where we were staying....we were very pleasantly surprised as we arrived early. The staff was very accommodating, knowledgable and attentive to our needs for the day. Our room was very comfortable and well equipped. Arrangements for tours were quick and easily arranged by the front desk. Recommendations for an evening meal outside the hotel was a great choice with typical Irish food and live music. Breakfast food and service. in the dining room was exceptional. The location for access to rail and bus transportation was perfect.

Book this hotel you won’t be sorry. The location is superb. Right beside Eyre square in the centre of Galway. The staff are really efficient, friendly and knowledgable. The rooms are lovely. A really pleasant place to stay.
