Not good experience

by whitemagic2000

came to hotel before 11am, the checkin line is very long, finally get served after queuing for about 40min. The lady checked and said my room is not ready, but should be ready soon. She asked me to come back at 12pm. So come back at 12pm, found the queue is even longer. After another 45 min, finally served again. She checked and said my room was still not ready, but she requested the cleaning now and could do pre-registration for me. She said it should be ready soon and somebody will call me to get the room key. At least the first lady could have asked to clean the room or register me so I don't have to wait in the queue again for 45min for no reason. Now another 1hour has passed, and there is still no call for room key. The foyer is very noisy crowded with people. I wonder why they could not have more agent to help people out. And here I am, after arriving for 3 hours, still no room. Very bad experience!.

Tiring Casino with Mediocre Restaurants

by JOHN B

We have been coming here many years and have gradually seen a change from the old owners with the new ones about 5 years ago. The comp policies are less liberal and the slots compared to downtown less loose. No more free rooms as a resort fee that is taxed on "free rooms" However, biggest issue to us is the decline of the fine dining. We ate at Bimini and again excellent service but mediocre beef and horrible caesar salad. chi was good with soup and mo shu pork but then our pad thai was about inedible. Last visit we ate at Romanza and not very outstanding. Hence, we continue to go out and will do so every night for good dinners.
