We stayed here overnight as we were attending a Sarah Brightman concert at the Royal Albert Hall. Initial impressions when you look from outside the front of the hotel were quickly forgotten thanks to the excellent customer service from all involved.
A special mention should definitely go to Dani. We had paid for the fabulous bargain "meal deal", and she personally went through the menu with us to let us know what was available. She also made sure that we were dealt with quickly as we literally needed to eat and run to get to the Royal Albert Hall, which is only a 20 minute walk away. Dani also provided us with simple directions of how to get there, which were spot on.
Hopefully this will not be our only visit to the Royal Albert Hall and we would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Booking was easy, the price was ok for central London, and the location very handy - busy Earl's Court Road is a stone's throw away, with lots of eating places and we were able to get to the Royal Albert Hall for our special evening out in just one tube stop and a short bus ride.

Staff at the hotel were efficient and friendly and the building and room were clean, with adequate space in the room, good wifi, tv, kettle shower and bath and a very comfortable bed.

Breakfast was plentiful, varied and delicious.
