Four days no Internet in the hotel, and no satisfactory answers. I was directed to the client service line and was told there was nothing they could do until I checked out. Overpriced breakfast for the quality and selection. Not a good value in my opinion, and poor customer service.

Expensive but very practical for me.

The hotel is clean and friendly and the staff are very helpful. The WiFi was out of action for the time I was staying at the hotel; they had a technical problem, but that wasn't too much of a problem for me. Prices are getting rather high. That probably applies for London in general - more and more places charge the "maximum they think they can get away with", rather than what a service actually costs, and sooner or later people are going to go elsewhere for their meetings/conferences...
