Enjoyed my stay

I really enjoyed my stay. Front office staff were kind and helpful. I had one issue with AC and Maintanance solved it in 10 minutes. Housekeeping did a great job. Room was every day cleaned, with 3 new towels, complimentary biscuites...
Breakfast was included in my room rate and it was ok to me. I am not too demanding person regarding breakfast. Server in breakfast canteene is great and sooo kind.
Single deluxe room is extremely small - but that is common in UK (UK standards and laws)
I had an early check out at 2AM and was provided with lunch box (big sandwich + apple + yogurth + bottle of water)
You have two underground stations near venue (Queensway and Baysw) super easy communication with all parts of London.

Disappointing

Very expensive hotel considering the services offered. The only advantage is that it is very well located near Notting Hill and Bayswater underground stations. The staff at reception was not professional at all and unsmiling.
No restaurant, only a small room for breakfast that was so bad and expensive compared to the quality offered. You’d better get a real good one in other places around. Concerning the bedroom, it was was a very tiny room. During a 7 days stay, I haven’t seen anyone to come and clean it... Not even changing towels. That’s totally unbelievable. It is the first time in my travel life that I see that!!! Avoid it. Truly disappointing at all levels.
