A member of the Myrtle Beach Seaside Resorts family, the Prince Resort is located right next to the popular Cherry Grove Pier and provides families with excellent access to all the fun expected from a Myrtle Beach vacation.
The 175 elegantly decorated and contemporary-styled rooms come in one-, two- and three-bedroom assortments, and include cable TV with free HBO, full kitchens and washers and dryers, along with floor-to-ceiling windows, oversized oceanfront balconies, luxury furnishings and tasteful coastal decor — everything necessary to turn a good family vacation into an excellent one.
The resort itself has two swimming pools (one being a rooftop pool), four hot tubs, a kiddie pool, a fitness room, a lazy river, an onsite restaurant and more. Its close proximity to the pier means you’re literally footsteps away from some of the area’s best fishing. Poles and tackle can be rented and purchased, and kids love the view — look into the water and you might spy jellyfish, dolphins and even sharks!
There are plenty of children’s activities at the resort in the summer months, including tag, red rover, family bingo, water balloon dodgeball, S’mores and campfire songs, and beach freeze tag. And of course, you’re minutes away from excellent golfing and all of Myrtle Beach’s other main attractions.

Good Things - Clean and big rooms. TVs in each room with cable. Enough towels and other supplies. Nice kitchen and enough utensils. On the beach, direct access. Excellent view of beach/ocean. Exactly at Cherry Pier, Big balcony and glass windows, little flexible check in check out, free dvd rent option.
Bad - Very far from myrtle beach and major attractions (35-40 minutes). Even North myrtle beach downtown is 10 minutes drive. Front desk receptionist was not very friendly (Only one out of 3 receptionist though). Lobby was little smelly. House keeping did not come every day. Elevators are very slow.
