Nice overnight stop while traveling

We were traveling to Fort Collins and made an overnight stop here. It is in a good location ( on highway). The desk clerk was very kind and the rooms were clean. It is an older property but the room seemed to be recently remodeled. The beds were comfortable. I would stay here again if traveling through townz

Got a bit better than first impessions would imply..

Arryved at rear of building and went in through the back door, carpet filthy, not a good start.
Our room was OK but in our friend's room a bed had been slept in and not changed.
Coffee, toiletries and microwave
Washbasin in room, separate shower and toilet.

Good lighting. Dog friendly. Outside pool.

Breakfast was better than expected.
