Reviews

Not as nice as we were hoping for

by M2088KNtinac

Reception staff friendly and very helpful, room was tired but comfortable. Great location for the Albert Hall. That’s the positives now the negatives.

Room service was appalling. We went to the Festival of Remembrance and thought we would eat when we returned. The restaurant was closed and bar was busy so decided to order room service. Gave order to a very unfriendly person at 21.50 and was told it would arrive in 30 minutes my partner rang to ask where it was after 35 minutes to be told it was on its way finally arriving at 22.00. My partner ordered a club sandwich but got a cheesy mess on a plate. We were to tired to complain and had to be up at 6 to be ready to leave at 7.30 as my partner was taking part in the Remembrance Day Parade at the Cenotaph. We ordered Breakfast for 7 again room service and at 7.40 cancelled as we needed to leave to get out taxi to Charing Cross to meet my partners battalion.

Such a disappointment for a London hotel

Very good

Stayed recently to attend Festival of Remembrance at the Royal Albert Hall. Really enjoyed our stay. Location perfect with just a short stroll to the venue. Staff very attentive and polite. Room good and lovely to have a bath and separate shower. Breakfast excellent with plenty of choice. Will definitely be returning
