I was very disappointed in the front desk lady named Rachel. I called the hotel directly to book rooms 7-11-19. That night the hotel claims I booked rooms through booking.com. The hotel did not provide any accommodations. Hotel should of at least provided another hotel to stay. Even through the hotel was overbooked.

My husband and I have started staying at the Radisson Hotel in downtown Davenport the past few years on a regular basis. The hotel itself is nice, great downtown location, beautiful spot on the river, comfortable rooms, and decent breakfast brunch. But the main reason why we have stopped staying at other competing hotels is because of the staff. The staff here is terrific, kind, and accommodating. One person especially makes our stays so special and the reason why we will only stay at the Radisson Davenport, Dora. She runs the front desk and always has a smile, an answer to my questions and requests, and a fantastic attitude.
Good people are hard to find, especially in the service industry. Dora is a great example of what hotel Customerservice should be.
