We stopped here while driving through to our destination. House keeping left stuff from the previous guest in the room. The room smelled of mold. No continental breakfast, which means they can charge more at the restaurant... also for the price of the room you'd expect a fridge, Nope!
We stayed here for two nights this month (August) and though the staff was really friendly there were way more downsides.
The night before our check in we tried with no success to reach the front desk to confirm our reservation, there was absolutely no luck reaching the front desk.
When we arrive our check in was smooth and the woman was extremely friendly and helpful. She was a delight to interact with.
After our check in we unloaded our bags and asked the front desk to call us a taxi to head to the falls, after waiting outside for April 15-20 minutes no taxi, when o went back in to check the front desk gentleman had informed me he forgot to call the taxi.
The hotel itself for nights stay, I would caution against it to future guests, the pillows and mattresses are remarkably uncomfortable 4/5 of our group woke up sore the next morning. When sharing a bed The movement transfer is horrible, if my fiancé even budged it woke me up the movement was so strong. The mattresses feel realllllly old and they are extremely springy, if you touch the sides of the mattresses you can see they are caved in and the springs are very easy to feel out
Don’t even get me started about the cleanliness of the washroom... I have attached photos.
All in all, stay here for the staff and the really affordable rates, not the comfort and relaxation
