Families love the helpful service at this small, family-run motel. Horseshoe Falls is two miles from the inn and the White Water Walk is within walking distance from the inn. Families will enjoy the numerous State Parks within walking distance as well as the Aquarium of Niagara just one mile from the motel. Guests will appreciate the free onsite parking. The Family Room with three full beds to accommodate up to six guests will work great for families. These guestrooms also include a balcony, TV, refrigerator, private bathroom, and air conditioning. Guests can eat at one of the local restaurants located within a half a mile from the hotel.

Great place near downtown

The room was simple and clean. Checking in and out was super easy and the owner was very nice. It was a great place to stay. The only con is that the bed was very firm and the room was pretty outdated, but for the price it was just what we needed.

Great location

Great location, walking distance to Niagara Falls. Paid $90 a night which was fair considering the location.
Parking at Niagara Falls is $18 for 3 hrs, so parking the car at the motel and walking saved some coin.
Friendly staff, free wifi (when it wants to connect)

Rooms a little out dated, seemed clean.
Isn't as dodgy as it appears outside.
Would definitely recommend for a cheap stay at the falls.
