Nicely renovated, new floors no carpet. You never know how dirty carpet is until you go barefoot in hotels. Bathrooms updated, pet friendly. Easy to find if you’re going to the Unclaimed Property store.

I was in town for a sports event and needed to spend a night. Trip Advisor reviews convinced me to gIve Red Roof a whirl. I’m glad I did.
The room had obviously been newly upgraded. It was very clean and comfortable. For a short stay and friendly to a budget, I think it is an excellent choice.

Be aware there are only stairs to the second floor so ask for a first floor room if you have problems navigating stairs with a suitcase. Also, the front rooms face a very busy street with lots of traffic noise, so ask for rooms in the back of the facility if noise may bother your sleep. I stayed in a front room and was not bothered.
