Excellent Staff!

by Magdalena R

I stayed at this hotel for a few days as a part of a family reunion. The rooms are quite spacious and the hotel had all the standard amenities one would expect. What made this hotel experience stand out though, were the stellar staff members! The ladies at the front desk would greet my family each and every time we came through the front door. Our housekeeper, Sonia, was very friendly and helpful. She always asked how she could help and kept the room nice and tidy. My only suggestion would be for the hotel to offer more vegan/GF-friendly options at breakfast. It was sometimes difficult to find something to eat due to the offerings.

Good hotel at reasonable price

by David M

Stayed at the Residence Inn in our recent visit to Philly. The hotel itself had a bit of wear and tear around the edges, but was overall pretty good. The staff was very friendly and helpful with all of our requests. It is close to the Turnpike, so easy access to everything and a direct shot into Philly.

Breakfast was decent, though not anything to write home about. We did attend one of the evening get togethers and were pretty underwhelmed there.

Overall, I would recommend this as a reasonably priced hotel for the area.
