CAROL 2016

by CarolDuncan2016

Our stay was perfect! Front desk person, Eric, was professional and efficient. Anthony and Inge, breakfast and evening kitchen personnel, are both treasures! Breakfast was delicious both days - REAL scrambled eggs, not those powdery rubbery ones! Good selections, fruit, cereal, oatmeal, waffles, you name it. Our suite was perfect. Nice comfy bed, clean bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, nice living room/desk area. We will definitely choose your Inn when we're in Indy again!

I would NOT recommend this place to my Ex Mother in Law

by JetSetter4Life45

No King Beds, rooms on interstate, outdated amenities, poor service. You name the complaint and this place probably offers it. Had a 3 day stay planned, quickly changed it to 1 day. As a Marriott Ambassador you occasionally get spoiled, don’t worry about that when visiting this dump. The you g lady who checked me in appeared as disinterested in customer service as I am in having my foot amputated. I’m not a fan. When I expressed displeasure in my accommodations and requested a change, I was told “ it ain’t my fault , your room was assigned before I got here “.
