We stayed at this Sheraton Friday, April 19, 2019, checkout on April 20, 2019. There was a glitch in the computer system, and the front desk was unable to make room keys. They informed it was a problem nation wide with the system. The front desk was courteous and worked tirelessly to find a work around. We never got a room key, so we were not able to access the benefit of the concierge lounge for breakfast.
Prior to going up to the room, (while waiting for front desk to take us up to the room), we had a drink at the bar. The bartender was the actual bar manager, and was doing an excellent job of taking care of everyone at the bar and around the bar. He was the only person and did not appear overwhelmed at the task at hand.
The hotel needs a much needed update to the rooms. We were in room 1212 and the curtains would not pull shut all of the way. There was a bright light from a Residence type hotel across the street. The other issue was the shower head, the knob to adjust the flow of water was broke, so you it was like a trickle of water. I did not have time to mention to the front desk staff, because we were meeting our family for breakfast the morning of the checkout.
The hotel is in a great location, close to restaurants and an upper end mall. We would stay again based on the people who took care of us.
Our group had a large conference here. The hotel is in a great location close to dining, shopping and entertainment. It looks a bit tired in places but overall is good. Good workout room. Very good conference rooms and space.
At check in I agreed to a "green choice" which I thought meant to clan towels or sheets. Turns out housekeeping never touched my room for the 2 day stay. Strange.
