The rooms at this property are very small compared to typical Residence Inn properties. There are first floor and second floor rooms with access only from an exterior staircase. The mattress of the sleeper sofa landed on the entertainment stand when pulled out. The sofa had to be pushed back against the wall to allow clearance. When this is done, a person in the bedroom area cannot walk to the kitchen or exit the room. The shower is extremely narrow and the toilet is miniature.

We stayed three nights and our room was never serviced. When we arrived back to our room on the first full day and discovered this, we called and reported it and asked for fresh towels to be sent up. We were told that we would have to go get them.

The next day we stopped at the front desk to repeat that our room had not been serviced and to make sure that it would be done that day. Again, when we returned we found that it hadn’t been touched.

There is a language barrier with a number of the staff members. I was unable to get an answer from either of the two women working the breakfast on one of our three days because they spoke no English.

It is a very poorly managed property overall. Front desk staff are very young and unable to answer typical guest questions. (One of them told us the wrong times for breakfast.)

Given the cramped rooms and the poor service, I am puzzled by the rating it has been earned on TripAdvisor.

It’s been awhile since we stayed in a place that was less accessible! First, I reserved a roll-in shower; room had a tub/shower combo with no seat or chair. Called desk & was told she would check & get back to us. Three hours later, I called back & was told they had no more chairs. Next, and even worse, the complimentary breakfast buffet is upstairs with no lift or elevator. The site has such narrow sidewalks you are afraid to roll on them. This is a suite hotel & the kitchen is equipped, but almost everything was out of reach. The room itself has so much furniture packed in that it is tough to maneuver in. There are very few charging outlets. On the good side, things appeared to be clean. The handicap parking spaces were very close to the room.

I have stayed in many Residence Inns and this was impossible. Please note—I cannot speak to other type rooms. By the way, when my husband pointed out that I could not get to the breakfast area, he was told that he could just bring food to me! What if I had been traveling by myself?
