Nice little getaway

by Violetbsu

I was pleasantly surprised with a mini vacation here before Christmas. (Sorry the review is late.) The location is fantastic, right off 265 on the border of Indiana and Kentucky. The staff were very friendly, especially the housekeeping staff! The room was clean, smelled nice, had a full fridge and pullout couch. I would definitely stay here again in the future!

Computer Systems Not Working

by healthykymom

We attempted to check into this hotel, but front desk was unable to pull up my Marriott Bonvoy Rewards Number in computer system. After twenty minutes, plus another twenty minutes on the phone with Marriott customer service (where they,of course, pulled my info right up,but could not explain why the hotel could not), we checked into another brand hotel. This was a "staycation" for my 17-year-old son for his Spring Break, as we live one hour from Louisville. We are disappointed that we were not "welcomed" as Marriott Bonvoy Gold Elite members and that we wasted our valuable time dealing with their computer issues.
