Wedding 5/2-5/5

Front desk were not helpful at all... Bar said it was open on Friday at 11 but when asked was given attitude that they were still on winter hours, well take your sign down then! Fire pits close at 11 even on weekends which is absolutely ridiculous. The only positives was Courtney at the bar who after heard about our experience was so accommodating and helpful along with our servers Mason,James , and the morning server ( morning of 5/4/2019) and the bartender Jim. To quote Ron Swanson you need to get your house in order because I don't think I'd ever stay here again

Rooms do not have micro wave, asked for a micro wave at check in and after about 4 or 5 hour had to call the front desk to request one again. Also, rooms are nothing special same as any typical hotel and a little on the pricey side. Bathroom was small for a double queen room with no counter space around sink and minimal hooks/towel bers for hanging up towels/swim suites. Restaurant has extremely limited menus and staff not friendly. Bar/lounge is okay, drinks are pricey and limited on seating as well as the restaurant. Pool area was nice and spacious with a projection TV that playing movies. Game room some attention, several broken and or out of order games. Was surprised at checkout that I was charged an additional daily fee for use of the amenities.
