The Riviera Palm Springs, A Noble House Resort is a one-stop shop for luxury and relaxation in California. The property’s trendy, upscale atmosphere is admittedly best for families with teens or older children, but still welcomes all families with a swimming pool and spacious accommodations. The hotel also offers several restaurants and in-room dining.

The hotel has a beautiful lobby but once you go past the lobby things start to become very messy and disorganized.
Hallways are filthy. They are updating the rooms and most of the hallways are covered in dust and debris. The front seat seemed surprised when I mentioned that.
They did not make our rooms until 5pm and then did not replenish any of the toiletries or toilet paper. The beds looked like they made by my 5 year old.
I specifically asked about the business center when making the reservation with the front desk and when I arrived Business center was closed.
Shower in bathtub did not work.
Kids pool area is a disaster at 9am food and mounds of dirty towels everywhere.
This hotel is very pretty, but poorly maintained.

We stayed at this great , clean , efficiently managed and run hotel , between the 02/10/19 to 16/11/19 .
I choose this hotel and planned our wedding at the hotel , with the support of hotel managers (by emails from the UK) , we were over come by their efforts and beyond the call of duty services .
We just had a simple garden wedding (just us) with our own visiting Local Revered .
The wonderful hotel manager (Darin) and (Brian) of Reception used there private time to attend and make our day .
Moving on past that day (9th) , the hotel is beautifully presented , very clean , staff are exceptional , faultless , thank you
We travel a lot , far and wide , this was just GREAT
