Disappointed

Check in was quick and efficient. Room is in need of some updates, especially for the price. Bed was not very comfortable and bedding is in need of replacement. Shower head is good if you’re under 5 ft tall. Would definitely not recommend or stay again.

paper walls???

Check-in time is 3 PM, but many rooms were not available yet. At least we were allowed to do the check-in paperwork and staff maintained a list of cell phone numbers so they could call us when our room was available. Not having received a call yet by 4:30, I went into the office again and was told that they called me 20 minutes earlier and left a message. My phone was on the entire time. I checked my phone's call history and there had been no calls. Apparently they were not careful and misdialed. The room appeared to be clean, the best was comfortable, the heating and cooling worked well, the WiFi was very good, and the towels and facecloths were the softest compared to my previous 12 nights in various hotels/motels/B&Bs. Sleeping was not easy due to apparently paper-thin walls while guests in a neighboring room talking until at least 3 AM. The breakfast was a typical continental breakfast but also included a pancake maker; however, the pancakes were rubbery. I cannot rate this place better than average because the ability to sleep is the most important criterion.
