Connecting Warren with Waitsfield, East Warren Road is one of those quintessential Vermont backcountry roads bordered by dairy farms. This is the setting for the Inn at the Round Barn Farm, a 12-room B&B that gets its name from the adjacent round barn built over 100 years ago and now used for weddings, art exhibitions, and on the lower level, lap swims in an indoor pool. Come winter, the inn is a bed of activity as families flock to Sugarbush and Mad River Glen, head down the road to cross-country ski at Ole’s, or use the Round Barn Farm’s vast property to snowshoe on more than 80 acres of marked trails.

Oh my goodness!! This Inn always feels like "home". We've visited this Inn many times now and the attention to detail is second to none. Each staff member is ready to help you anytime you need them. I feel like the leadership certainly comes from the top! Kim and Jim have become good friends and we always anxiously await our favorite time of the year when we get to visit our friends again.
Breakfast would certainly be considered Gourmet! We are so excited each morning when we come down to read the board to know what is in store for us that day.
We highly recommend this property!
Booked right on their website. Picked the “Barnard” room. Check in was a breeze, followed by a tour of the property and sampling of fresh chocolate chip cookies.
Room had a queen bed with a jetted tub. Bathroom was good sized with great toiletries.
Romantic. Quiet. Friendly staff. Breakfast was off the chain delicious
The very best bed and breakfast we’ve ever stayed at.
Two weddings and an elopement was going on the same weekend
Staff is friendly and really makes you feel welcomed
We cannot wait to return and are making this a yearly tradition
Thanks for the wonderful weekend
