TripAdvisor Rating

Just steps from the beach, Sea Spray Motel offers standard rooms, apartments, efficiencies and suites. A room with two queen beds is sufficient for a family of four, but if you’ve got a larger group and/or would like to cook some meals in your room, we recommend an efficiency or suite. An efficiency has a kitchenette, and a suite has a full kitchen with a table and chairs. Apartments are good if you’re traveling with friends or extended family for more than a few days.

When you’re not building castles in the sand of Long Beach Island, relax by the outdoor swimming pool, or cook a meal on one of the gas grills.

Very clean property~ no issues at all, highly recommend!! great location. Pool refreshing after day at beach! Great family spot, rooms spacious! have vacationed here every year for past 8 years. Never disappointed

NOT IMPRESSED / One long night

by doggydarling

Dark, out dated rooms, and very off putting staff. Unaccomdating regarding check in and information about the area. The older gentleman behind the desk has absolutely no customer service skills. When told about my AC overheated in the middle of the night causing the smoke alarm to go off at 1:30 am, they showed no concern. I stated that the AC was smoking, we had no one to call because front desk was closed so we simply shut it off and it was extremely hot outside that night. They told me they would have maintenance look into;not even an apology. We had a terrible nights sleep and they simply didn’t seem phased at all. For $315 a night, I expect minimal common decency. Fortunately we only booked one night there; it would’ve been a tough weekend if we had to stay at Sea Spray.
