I’ve stayed here a few times and aside from the hotel being outdated I’ve generally had a good experience here. The following comments are going to sound petty but one little thing can truly ruin your experience. Every time I come here I get the breakfast before my work meetings. When I checked in they said “breakfast is served till 11”. The signs all over the place say “breakfasts served till 11:00”. I go down at 10:00 and wait for probably 10 minutes to be seated when someone finally comes up and says “breakfast is over and we aren’t serving lunch yet”. I said “your sign here says breakfast is served till 11:00”. She says we have a big group of 300 coming down for lunch so we had to shut breakfast down early. I understand that you all make a lot of money off of large groups but it’s disappointing that the average Joe business man like me gets the shaft. It would have been nice to have been told this when I checked in. I would have came down earlier had I known. I know this is petty but it’s enough for me to start staying elsewhere for my business trips.

The is a nice hotel Front desk was very friendly rooms are large and bed was very comfortable. I was on business so did not enjoy the amenities but they have a large pool, jacuzzi and tennis courts
Would stay here again when I come back
