Overall a good hotel

by LeslieI_12

This hotel is gorgeous. Their food in the restaurant is good and so was service. We had some problems with housekeeping because they kept coming by or calling to ask about servicing the room even though we had our sign out to do the green advantage where you skip service for an incentive. It wasn’t a huge deal, but If you decide to do this, you may want to contact housekeeping in advance to ensure you are covered. They have a great shuttle service for the downtown area and the location was great. We enjoyed walking everywhere when the weather was good. Overall it was a great stay.

Great Libation Experience!

The Library is a quaint space in the lobby of the Sheraton Grand. I’ll just say if you are ever there make sure to sit at the bar and chat with Alyssa. She is a walking whiskey/bourbon encyclopedia, sassy, and truly fun. She also mixes the most amazing Sazerac! Great time and learned a lot. How appropriate for a Library!
